Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your answer? Write to us from the Contact page.
Do I need to create an account?
No. “Get started free” opens a private workspace in one click, with no email address and no password. Your browser keeps it open with a cookie.
I lost my personal link
It cannot be recovered: 7DayPost only keeps a fingerprint of it. If the workspace is still open on one of your devices, create a new link there from “Mon espace”.
Otherwise, to stop any publishing, withdraw 7DayPost’s access at each connected platform (exact paths on the Platforms page, “Withdraw access”). The workspace is then deleted automatically after 30 days without a visit, and in any case after 90 days.
Is my data shared?
Your content is only sent to the platforms you ask to publish to. No data is sold or used for advertising. The details are in the privacy policy.
Which platforms are supported?
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and LinkedIn. The status of each one is kept up to date on the Platforms page.
A few limits remain until each platform completes its review of 7DayPost: Facebook, Instagram and Threads can only be connected by accounts that have a role on the 7DayPost Meta app; Google shows an “unverified app” screen before the YouTube authorisation; TikTok posts are private (“Only me”), and until TikTok approves the app, only TikTok accounts declared as test users can connect.
Why can’t I connect Facebook, Instagram or Threads?
The 7DayPost Meta app is still in Development mode: until Meta completes its review (App Review), Meta only allows accounts that have a role on that app to connect. Other accounts see an error message from Meta, and nothing is connected.
For Instagram, you also need a professional account linked to a Facebook Page.
Google shows “Google hasn’t verified this app”
This is the screen Google shows until it completes the verification of 7DayPost. To continue, open “Advanced”, then “Go to 7DayPost”; you then see the exact list of permissions requested, which you can accept or refuse.
Why is my TikTok video “private”?
Until TikTok has audited an application, it only accepts private posts from it. Your TikTok account must therefore be private, and posts go out as “Only me”. You can make them public from TikTok afterwards.
Draft or direct post?
A direct post publishes the video to your account at the planned time, with your settings. A draft delivers it to your TikTok inbox: you finish and post it yourself from the TikTok app.
How many accounts can I connect?
Up to 10 accounts per workspace, including 5 per platform.
What are the storage limits?
1 GB and 200 media per workspace; videos up to 300 MB, images up to 15 MB. Delete media from “Médias” (Media) to free up space.
How do I delete my data?
Mon espace → “Supprimer définitivement cet espace” (Delete this workspace permanently) erases everything immediately. For a single network: Comptes → Déconnecter (Accounts → Disconnect). The other ways are described in the privacy policy, section “Data deletion”.
Is 7DayPost affiliated with the platforms?
No. 7DayPost is an independent service that uses each platform’s official interfaces. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, TikTok, Meta, Google or LinkedIn.
How do I report abuse?
Write to us from the Contact page with the full address of the file concerned (it starts with https://7daypost.com/m/). We remove it if it breaks the law or our terms.
Can I connect my accounts from my phone?
Yes, as long as you start and finish the connection in the same browser. If a network’s app (TikTok, Instagram…) opens and sends you back to another browser, your workspace is not open there: nothing is connected. Start again from the browser where your workspace is open.
