How it works

“Get started free” creates a private workspace, identified by a random identifier. No email address, no name and no password are asked for.

Your browser keeps access to the workspace through a strictly necessary session cookie. As long as that cookie exists, the workspace opens directly.

From “Mon espace” (My workspace), create your personal link: it is the only key to your workspace. It lets you reopen it on another device, or after clearing your cookies.

Keep it in a password manager and share it with no one: anyone who has it can open your workspace. 7DayPost only keeps a fingerprint of it and cannot recover it for you. If the device is shared, delete it from the browser history.

To open your workspace, open the link, or paste it into the “Paste my link” field of the Get started page. A card first shows you the workspace (creation date, connected accounts) before it opens.

From “Comptes” (Accounts), choose the network: connecting goes through the platform’s own authorisation page (TikTok, Meta for Facebook and Instagram, Threads, Google for YouTube, LinkedIn). 7DayPost never sees your password, and you then come back to your workspace, on this same site.

Start and finish the connection in the same browser: on mobile, a network’s app may reopen another browser, where your workspace is not open. In that case nothing is connected; simply start again in the right browser.

Current limits, while each platform completes its review of 7DayPost: only accounts that have a role on the 7DayPost Meta app can connect Facebook, Instagram or Threads; Google shows an “unverified app” screen before the YouTube authorisation; TikTok posts are private (“Only me”), and until TikTok approves the app, only TikTok accounts declared as test users can connect. Up to 10 accounts per workspace, including 5 per platform.

Add your videos and images in “Médias” (Media).

Choose the media, the account, the settings of each post, then the dates, days and time window. The preview shows every planned post before you approve.

Just before each post, 7DayPost checks that the account is still connected and that your settings are still valid — for TikTok, it reads again the options allowed for your account —, then publishes, or sends the video as a draft to your TikTok inbox.

The “File d’attente” (Queue) shows every step and the result. When in doubt (network failure during the upload), nothing is resent without you: the post is flagged for you to check.

Comptes → Déconnecter (Accounts → Disconnect) withdraws access: the authorisation is revoked at the platform where it allows it, tokens are erased and the posts planned on that account are cancelled.

Mon espace → “Supprimer définitivement cet espace” (Delete this workspace permanently) erases everything immediately: accounts, media, schedules and history.

A workspace not visited for 30 days is deleted automatically, unless it published successfully during that period. Without any visit for 90 days, it is deleted in all cases. A workspace left empty is deleted after 24 hours.
