7DayPost Terms of Use
Version of 7 October 2026
This is a translation: in case of discrepancy the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
7DayPost is a service for preparing, scheduling and publishing videos, images and text to the social media accounts the user connects themselves (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube and LinkedIn). Using the service implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Publisher
The service is published by a private individual, acting as a non-professional publisher, whose contact details have been provided to the hosting provider. Contact: taneflitgpt@gmail.com. See also the legal notice.
3. Access to the service
- The service is free and works without an account: “Get started free” opens a private workspace, tied to your browser by a cookie.
- It is reserved for people aged 15 or over who also meet the age required by each connected platform.
- The personal link is the only key to your workspace. You are responsible for keeping it safe and confidential: anyone who has it can open the workspace. Losing it means losing access to the workspace; the publisher cannot recover it.
- A workspace is meant for a single person (or a single organisation).
- Automated creation of workspaces (bots, scripts) is prohibited.
4. Platform accounts
You only connect accounts you own or are expressly authorised to use. By publishing through 7DayPost, you accept the terms of each platform concerned:
- TikTok: the TikTok Terms of Service, the Music Usage Confirmation and the Branded Content Policy, as shown in the composer;
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads): the Meta Platform Terms and the Community Standards;
- YouTube: by using the YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms);
- LinkedIn: the LinkedIn User Agreement.
By using the YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
You can withdraw an account’s access at any time, from 7DayPost (Comptes → Déconnecter, Accounts → Disconnect) or from the platform. Withdrawal stops any future post on that account; posts already made stay online.
5. Your content
You remain the sole owner of the rights to the content you import and publish. You grant the publisher a licence limited to what is needed to store it, prepare it (formats, thumbnails) and send it to the platforms you choose, for as long as it is kept.
You warrant that your content belongs to you or that you hold the necessary permissions (including for music and third-party images), and that it complies with the platforms’ rules and the law.
Imported files are served at a public address so the platforms can fetch them: anyone who has the address of a file can open it.
6. Prohibited uses
In particular, you may not use 7DayPost to:
- publish or store unlawful, misleading or hateful content, or content infringing third-party rights;
- send unsolicited bulk content (spam);
- use the
/m/addresses as file hosting or a content delivery network; - circumvent the limits and quotas, notably by creating multiple workspaces;
- automatically extract data from the service (scraping);
- attack, overload or attempt to compromise the service;
- publish to accounts you neither own nor are authorised to use.
7. Limits and quotas
- Storage: 1 GB and 200 media per workspace; videos up to 300 MB, images up to 15 MB and 40 megapixels.
- Accounts: 10 per workspace, including 5 per platform.
- Active schedules: 20 per workspace.
- Immediate posts: 10 per hour per workspace; at most 20 uploads in progress. Imports: 30 per hour.
- Until TikTok has audited 7DayPost, TikTok limits the number of accounts the service can post for each day: beyond 3 distinct accounts in 24 hours, a post may be postponed to the next day.
- These limits protect the service; they may be adjusted, with prior notice on this page.
8. Availability and dependence on the platforms
7DayPost depends on the platforms’ interfaces. An outage, change, limit or restriction decided by a platform may prevent, delay or alter a post. In particular, until an application has been audited, TikTok only accepts private posts from it, and YouTube may make the videos it uploads private. Processing times are the platforms’.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. The publisher uses reasonable means to keep it running, without guaranteeing that it is free of interruptions or errors. You remain responsible for the content published from your accounts and its consequences, including any measure a platform takes against your accounts. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
10. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Suspension, deletion
- You can delete your workspace at any time: Mon espace → “Supprimer définitivement cet espace” (Delete this workspace permanently).
- A workspace not visited for 30 days is deleted automatically, unless it published successfully during that period; without any visit for 90 days, it is deleted in all cases.
- In case of abuse or a legal request, the publisher may remove a file, suspend or delete a workspace.
12. Free of charge, changes
The service is free. If a paid offer is ever introduced, it will be announced at least 30 days in advance and the current features will remain available for free until that date. These terms may change; the version date is shown at the top of the page.
13. Trademarks
7DayPost is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google, YouTube or LinkedIn. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.; Facebook, Instagram and Threads are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Google and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC; LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Paris, subject to the protective rules that consumers enjoy.
