What 7DayPost does in detail on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and LinkedIn, and what it does not do.

Media library

Your videos and images are imported once, then reusable for all your posts. Each file is identified by its fingerprint: the same media imported twice does not take up space twice.

Images are converted to the 1080 × 1920 vertical format. The original proportions are kept and the rest is filled with a blurred background taken from the image itself; photo metadata (including GPS location) is removed on import.

Limits per workspace: 1 GB of storage and 200 media; videos up to 300 MB, images up to 15 MB and 40 megapixels.

A composer that follows each platform’s rules

Each network has its own settings, shown explicitly and with no imposed value: visibility and the “made for kids” declaration on YouTube, visibility (anyone or your connections) on LinkedIn, the target Page on Facebook, the professional account on Instagram, the profile on Threads.

For TikTok, the composer applies TikTok’s content sharing guidelines:

  • privacy has no default value: you choose it for every post;
  • the options offered come from your TikTok account, read when you compose, not from a fixed list;
  • comments, duet and stitch are off by default, and greyed out when your account does not allow them;
  • the commercial content disclosure states whether it is your own brand or branded content;
  • realistic AI-generated content can be labelled;
  • TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation is shown right above the send button.

Scheduling

You choose the dates, the days of the week and a time window. 7DayPost spreads your media in the order you arranged them, and never republishes media already posted.

Each post goes out at an approximate time within a window you choose: always posting at the same minute is a sign of automation. The preview you approve is exactly the schedule that will run.

Up to 20 active schedules at a time per workspace.

Direct post or draft

Direct post: the video or photos are published to your TikTok account at the planned time, with the settings you chose.

Draft: the video is delivered to your TikTok inbox; TikTok notifies you and you finish the post (sound, text, effects) in the TikTok app.

Queue and tracking

Each post goes through states you can see at any time: scheduled, preparing, sending to the platform, processing by the platform, then published — or, on TikTok, sent as a draft.

If a post is refused, the reason is shown in plain words. A post whose outcome is uncertain, for example after a network failure during the upload, is never resent automatically: it is flagged for you to check, so your account never gets a duplicate.

Calendar

Your scheduled posts, day by day, in month or week view, with the platform and time of each one. The days on which an active schedule will publish are marked.

History

All your past posts, with their date, status and a link to the post when the platform provides one.

Per-post statistics

For the platforms that allow it, the figures of each post, collected and dated: YouTube Analytics, Meta statistics (Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads), and manual entry for LinkedIn.

No TikTok statistics are read: 7DayPost does not ask TikTok for permission to read your videos.

What 7DayPost does not do

  • No automatic following, liking or commenting on your behalf.
  • No reading of your private messages.
  • No posting without your settings: nothing goes out that you have not prepared and approved.
  • No editing or deleting of your existing posts.
  • No sale or sharing of your data for commercial purposes.
